Preface:

Eligibility:  Open Enrollment Courses are available to all qualified who can legally own and/or possess firearms within the State of California.  To qualify you cannot have been convicted of a felony or violent misdemeanor, and not under any criminal indictment that would legally prevent you from possessing a firearm(s).

Payment: Course Fees must be paid in full prior to final acceptance and attendance at any course. Payment can be made on-line, or by money order, cashier’s check, or credit card. Money orders/ Cashier’s checks must be made payable, in US Dollars, to Gray Ops Firearms Specialty Training, Inc. All payments should be sent to: Gray Ops Inc, 12080 Anthem Drive, Sparks, NV 89441

Gray Ops Firearms Specialty Training, Inc. will always be an avid supporter of our State’s Law Enforcement Officers and US Military Personnel.  Gray Ops is aware many LEO’s don’t receive sufficient amount of training within their departments.  Gray Ops presents unique course fees for our classes to LEO’s and Active Military who aspire to at the pinnacle, cutting edge of training.  Please contact Gordon Gray, Gray, for Qualifications and Special Pricing offers.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
 To receive a refund, less a 50% tuition penalty, notify Gray Ops in writing at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the start of the training program. A full tuition penalty is charged for unattended courses, or courses canceled less than 7 days prior to their start date. 

Right to Decline Training:
 Due to the serious and sensitive nature of the training Gray Ops provides, we reserve the right to refuse training. We reserve the right to decline admission to any person who does not meet our eligibility requirements, has a felony or violent misdemeanor conviction, or a record of mental instability.

All GRAY OPS training programs are subject to cancellation and students will be notified no later than five (5) days prior to the start of the course. Gray Ops is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the applicant, other than tuition, in the event that Gray Ops has to cancel a training program. In such an event, students may either receive a full tuition refund or apply all funds to future course dates. If funds are applied to future course dates, once course dates are chosen, any cancellation on the part of the student will be subject GRAY OPS’s normal cancellation policy

Student Conduct:
 A student will be terminated from training straight away for any of the following reasons: failure to follow the safe handing rules for firearms, failure to follow instructions, reckless or dangerous behavior, failure to attend training sessions, falsifying any information given to Gray Ops, or objectionable behavior in or out of class settings. Readmission will take place at the sole discretion of the Gray Ops Administration.

Internet Privacy Policy/Consumer Data Privacy Policy

Gray Ops understands some folks have special privacy requirements and concerns regarding personal information transmitted or collected over the Internet or on web sites. This describes our practices in an effort to address those worries.

Generic Information – To gauge the effectiveness of our web site, we do collect some non-individually-identifiable generic information about our visitors. Our web servers automatically recognize a visitor’s Internet service provider, the IP address, the domain name, the type of browser, the operating system, which pages are viewed on our web sites, the web page a visitor was on when they linked to our web sites, how much time is spent on each page, and other information related to the operation and interaction of Gray Ops web sites. This information does not reveal a visitor’s identity. We aggregate this information and use it to evaluate and improve our web sites. 

Identifiable Information – You can choose to provide individually-identifiable information to Gray Ops in a number of ways through our web sites – by sending us email or registering for a course. When visitors supply information about themselves for a specific purpose, Gray Ops uses the information for that purpose only. In addition, when visitors use our web sites to request information about our services, we may use the individually-identifiable information as we would use the same information obtained off-line – for example, to evaluate your service needs and contact you regarding additional services you may find useful. 

Gray Ops does not and will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any individually identifiable information derived from the registration for or use of Gray Ops’ online service – including customer names and addresses – without the consent of the customer (except as required by subpoena, search warrant, or other legal process or in the case of imminent physical harm to the customer or others). 

The Gray Ops web site may contain hyperlinks to other web sites. When you click onto one of these hyperlinks, and leave the Gray Ops web site, you are moving to another web site that we do not control. We encourage you to read the privacy statements of these linked web sites, as their privacy policy may differ from ours and we cannot take any responsibility for the content or policies adopted by other web sites. 

Security of Personal Information
Gray Ops takes appropriate precautions to secure your information both online and offline, however “100% security” does not exist. Online, we do not keep or store your personal identifiable information.  Additionally, we do not keep or store any sensitive information online. Sensitive information required for billing such as credit card numbers are collected through a third party secure server system. Offline, all information that you provide to us about you and/or your organization is restricted to our physical offices. 

Email Communications
Gray Ops may use email to communicate with customers or prospective customers about events, services or to respond to visitor’s emails. If you receive unwanted email from us you may simply ask to be removed an you will. Do not ever email your credit card numbers, work identification information or social security numbers to Gray Ops.
